- Download links will remain active for 7 days or a maximum of onetime downloads.
2. Delivery of Physical Resources
2.1 Shipping Timeframes
- Physical resources, such as books, printed materials, or merchandise, will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary based on the participant’s location and chosen shipping method.
2.2 Shipping Fees

4. Issues with Delivery

5. Returns for Physical Resources
- Physical resources are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to initiate a replacement.
