Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Apex Career Hub, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services to help you achieve your goals. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your registration or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for both our online and offline programs.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@apexcareerhub.com.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the program start date to qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Cancellation by Apex Career Hub

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session without any additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (see Section 1.1).
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Missed sessions (online or offline).
    • Partial attendance of a program.
    • Courses or programs already started.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apexcareerhub.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.

3. Program Rescheduling

  • Participants may request to reschedule their registration to a future program date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original program start date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees or services are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees for special events, workshops, or limited-time programs.
  • Customized coaching sessions or consultations.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, participants may contact us at info@apexcareerhub.com to discuss possible accommodations. Supporting documentation may be required.
